Have you heard of Anchor? It’s been making the rounds in several Facebook groups I’m a part of.
I’m really hoping you won’t be able to get enough of the Blog + Create goodness and will want to see, or in this case hear, some of the behind-the-scenes workings. I might even do the podcast I’ve been wanting to do with Anchor.
What is Anchor?
It’s a cool app for Android and iOS that allows you to record and share audio clips. It reminds me a bit of Snapchat or Instagram, but for audio instead of photos or video.
With Anchor, you can record clips, share music via Spotify and Apple Music (awesome!) and even create a podcast from stitching together your recordings. They’ll handle the publishing to different podcast providers for you.
Of course, you can listen to tons of different stations as well. They have lots of different categories and tons of shows in each.
I’m excited to use Anchor to talk about new tools I’m working on reviewing or writing tutorials for and sharing useful tips and tricks for content creation, marketing, and traffic generation. Basically anything a blog or online shop needs to be successful.
And yes, Anchor is totally one of those tools. It’s an easy and versatile way to start your own podcast. Or at least just start talking if you’re not yet sure podcasting is right for you.
Are you on Anchor?
Subscribe to me on Anchor if you have the app, and if you don’t yet, what are you waiting for? Look out for my podcast series coming whenever I can think of a good name! lol In the meantime, I’ll be chatting it up periodically on Anchor.
Are you an Anchor user? Share your station!
Do you use it for business or personal use? Any tips you wouldn’t mind passing my way?Disclaimer: This post contains affiliate links. That means if you make a purchase, I'll receive a bonus or commission. Don't worry, there's no extra cost to you!
